length of love..

If monotony tries me, and I cannot stand drudgery; if stupid people fret me and the little ruffles set me on edge; if I make much of the trifles of life, then I know nothing of Calvary love....

Amy Carmichael (Dec 16, 1867 – Jan 18, 1951) was born in the small village of Millisle in Northern Ireland to David and Catherine Carmichael. She later became a missionary in India, opening an orphanage and founding a mission in Dohnavur. She served in India for fifty five years without furlough.
