The Biblical answer – the most wonderful and real answer – is this: the greatest thing that God can give to us is Himself.
On the Day of Pentecost, we are reminded that God, who gave His Son, whom we did not deserve, now gives His Holy Spirit to the receiver and the believer, in order that he or she might live in the family of God, forever with God, at the expense of God.
